Bickler to lead SVdP

Neal retired after 31 years as the director of Operations for Wisconsin Public Television in Madison. He has been the part-time energy manager for the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District for the past 13 years. He teaches a small engine class at Madison Area Technical College. He has been secretary of the Rosary Makers and a facilitator for small faith groups at St. Bernard's for 15 years. He owns Bickler's Apple Farm and Small Engine Repair in Middleton.
