Book blessings for elementary students

Snack Pack Blessings volunteers from left to right, Peg Lyons, Dick Vanko and Ken Ruhland, added a little something extra to the delivery for students at Northside and Elm Lawn elementary schools in Middleton on May 24. Children’s books donated by “The Book Deal” were included along with the weekly backpacks filled with various food items. Georgine Jacobs, the program coordinator, said they continue to support more than 20 students at the two schools.
