August 19, 2020St. Bernard needs some volunteers willing to donate items for the bag lunches being served by Luke House in Madison.
Luke House will be serving bag lunches for the foreseeable future due to the corona virus, said Althea Burrier, the group organizer. The items are needed every first Wednesday of the month.
They need the following items: Packages of sliced lunch meats and cheese (the kind doesn't matter); loaves of white and wheat bread; fruit suitable for bag lunches (apples, bananas, snack sizes of boxed raisins, oranges); desserts suitable for bag lunches like cookies, brownies, and bars without frosting.
