Vigil for Life needs summer volunteers

Mike Gabor, who was recently asked by Fr. Brian to lead our parish pro-life activities, is looking for volunteers to sign up to pray for one hour at Planned Parenthood in Madison.
     Many year-round volunteers take vacations in the summer, so filling these time slots is difficult.
     Visit the vigilforlife.org website to learn more about the group’s mission to pray for an end to abortion. There is a “Vigil Schedule” tab to sign up for an hour of prayer or if you would like to join Mike for an hour as a prayer partner, please call him at 608-228-0104.
     “People mostly sign up to pray - some to sidewalk counsel - in hopes of letting those women in crisis know there is beautiful pre-natal care across the street at the Catholic owned Women's Care Center or the Elizabeth House in Madison,” Gabor said. “There are alternatives to what Planned Parenthood only offers.”
     Vigil for Life is a Christian volunteer organization, whose members pray, fast and peacefully witness for an end to abortion in the Madison area.
