Bishop Hying's visit

Preschoolers from Our Lady’s Good Helpers welcomed Bishop Donald J. Hying of the Diocese of Madison to their new location here at St. Bernard parish on Nov. 17. Hying visited each of the classrooms and read “A Tale of Three Trees” to the children. Bridget Yallaly, one of the group organizers, said they looked forward to showing Hying a little about the ministry and getting some encouragement from him as parents striving to raise their children in the faith.   “We can only say our hearts are full of gratitude for the warm and gracious welcome we have received at St. Bernard,” she said. “Fr. Brian has been so kind and has stopped by the classes nearly every week to say hello. This has such a personal impact on not only the children but the parents as well.”
